Building on an already experienced team, we are looking to appoint a motivated Solicitor, Barrister or FCILEX to our team. The successful candidate is required to provide quality legal support to the Council with a varied and interesting caseload of planning matters including attending Planning Committee and Planning Inquiries. The work will also involve dealing the drafting of section 106 Agreements of varying complexity and enforcement notices, Judicial Review and highways matters.
You must have good technical knowledge and an interest in the relevant area of law. However good legal skills and the right attitude are as important as experience.
