A great opportunity to use the knowledge and experience you may have gained either in children’s social care or in workforce development in a public sector organisation or with a professional or regulated industry. The workforce development business partner will develop the training and development plans for the whole of the Trust workforce by working closely with our Heads of Service, Service Managers and our Centre for Excellence team.
We are looking for a dynamic individual who can arrange the delivery of the right training at the right time for our workforce, ensure the small team is excellently managed and can work with regional and national , colleagues including local universities. The role holder will have to focus on a number of key and often competing requirements to be successful in the role and to do this will really suit someone who is solution focused and resourceful.
Support will be offered to attain a CIPD qualification or Masters in a relevant L&D discipline
