St Leger Homes is an award-winning, customer focused social housing provider that manages over 20,000 homes on behalf of Doncaster Council.
Reporting to the Quantity Surveyor the postholder will work as part of a professional, multi-disciplinary team with the primary function of undertaking contract administration services on supply and service contracts that St. Leger Homes are party to.
This will entail managing and monitoring contracts to ensure they are delivering in line with agreed standards and specification and are complying with relevant legislation and regulations.
In addition the post offers the opportunity to be at the heart of the commercial management process of these contracts that play a key and important part of improving the borough of Doncaster and its neighbourhoods.
Candidate Requirements:
A minimum Level 4 CIPS qualification or recognised equivalent.
As a hardworking individual with a passion for professionalism and the ability to remain calm and clear-thinking when under pressure, the post holder will require excellent organisational skills including the ability to plan and prioritise workload in order to meet targets, timescales and deadlines in a sometimes pressured environment.
The successful applicant for the role must be disciplined, IT literate, flexible, possess excellent technical knowledge and have the ability to appreciate the bigger picture.
