Line management responsibility for two Team Manager’s (the CDT Social Work team and CDT early help team)
Chairing Rotherham’s Short Break panel
Responsibilities linked to the Designated Children Safeguarding officer Role.
Support implementation of Rotherham’s SEND action plan.
Social care lead for Rotherham’s Short break innovation project

ABOUT YOU
You will have:
A Social Work qualification and be registered with Social Work England
A passion for improving outcomes for children.
Extensive experience of working in SEND/ Disability services.
Management experience in an above setting
Good leadership skills
Experience of working closely with partner agencies to include Health and Education to support service delivery for children with additional needs. To include review and development of services for children with a disability/ SEND
Motivation and resilience to achieve the best outcomes for children with SEND
